Nokia N8 keeps turning off

My brand new headset Nokia N8 keeps itself turning off, it hangs when I start any new application like music player, ovimaps, radio transmitter etc. I really don’t know exactly what I have to do about it; it takes some time before it becomes responsive again. Is there any way to solve this problem?

Normally these kinds of problem appear in new cell phone due to sim card. I suggest you to eject your sim card from your cell phone and insert another one and check whether you are facing same problem or not. Generally this will solve your problem.

If even after changing your sim card you are facing same problem then I suggest you to scan your headset completely with the help of any updated anti virus this will help you to remove bugs and Or any kind of that hammers your performance.
