I guess celkon c111 is also a Chinese Device, right ? If yes, you can download the China PC Suite from here: China Mobile Phone Pc Suite .

There one and only PC suite for each and every chinese mobile. Just download all 3, unzip one by one and install. If you get any problem, do reply with the error here.

Have you tried downloading all other pc suite for china mobile phone from this forums and checked that whether it is working for you or not? Normally, china mobile phone doesnt has a manufacturer behind them hence they lack pc suite connectivity or support. You can check by the mobile phone's manual to see if it supports pc connection or not.
