Nokia C7-No message delivery reports

My new cell phone Nokia C-3 giving me a problem regarding the messaging. I am unable to receive message delivery reports. The message delivery status remains as pending even if message is sent.I really want to know reason behind that, it causes problem to me while sending group messages.

There is a simple solution to fix your problem, avoid prefixing mobile number with 0 or +91 while sending the message. Simply enter normal 10 digit Mobile number. You may also have to remove the prefix from your contact number for avoiding this problem.

If you are still facing an problem regarding message delivery reports than first of all take another cell phone and insert your Sim in to it and then check whether you are facing same problem or not.
that time if problem is solved, then it must be a problem regarding your phone.to avoid this problem first take backup of your data which is in phone into your memory card by using synchronize and backup option available in your phones settings.
after creating a back up,restore your phones settings by performing following steps:-

* restore factory settings
* restore settings only

after performing this check whether you are using same problems or not.
