How do I delete an app that still invites / installed partially

I've downloaded an app but now there is "waiting" icon cheer all day already. If I let my finger down encouraging icon I can not delete it anyway. on itunes I've also tried but ego has not worked. Now this is annoying app was not even installed or not charging iphone and I would like to get it removed at any cost. Even the iTunes is not helping me in this matter. Please tell me how to fix this issue.

The iPhone brings a lot of really cool features that make life easier for the user. But many of them, although simple, are still unknown to most people. Organize the Home screen of the device (or desktop, for those who are more accustomed to the world of computers), for example, is quite simple. Here's how:
    • Choose the icon you want to move to another position or another screen.
    • Press and hold briefly.
    • When icons begin to vibrate the screen, drag the application to the desired position and release. Ready.
    • Press and hold.
    • When icons begin to vibrate click the X.
    • The message on the removal. Choose delete.

Like you used iTunes to install applications, you will also be able to uninstall them, for it connects the iPad to your Mac or PC and open iTunes, you'll find a screen like below, go to the Applications tab. Once you are in the section on applications of IPAD, you get a window like the bottom where you can uninstall the application of IPAD. To remove the applications of IPAD, check the option to sync applications, then uncheck the ones you want to delete and finally syncs the ipad with iTunes, so you have eliminated your iPad applications.

No way the apple iTunes application will help you to get this application installed on your system. I'm not so that the apple specialist but sometimes separated from the Internet it can work i mean to say disconnect it from the internet and then try to uninstall the application from your iPhone ,If the problem persists still then i think try to restart the iPhone COMPLETE restart and try to delete it.

Here comes the process of removing unwanted applications (one free small program that you downloaded and then discovered that it is very bad, for example, can be deleted as well), which is similar to the organization scheme of the home screen:

    1. Select the application to be removed.
    2. Press and hold.
    3. When icons begin to vibrate click the X.
    4. The message on the removal. Choose delete.
