Answer for your question is yes, I mean to say that you can use AT&T Cellular Data connection for foreign iPads but there are some requirements that you have to fulfill. First thing you have to do is by the micro sim and you can get that from any AT&T store. One more thing there are no prepaid plan available in USA. Hence you need to have a USA credit card and then you can sign up through iPad. In short you have to get the USA credit card and for that you will require USA address. There is another way that can help you out that you can use the prepaid credit card but you need to get that from walmart. For that you are allowed to use your hotel address or the address of the place where you are residing. I hope that this has helped you to solve the problem that you are facing.

I want to show the various options for controlling the connections from your iPhone abroad and find you no surprises on the bill. Turn off 3G: under Settings-General-Red, we can turn off the 3G network and the new tab iOS 4 "Wireless Data." Disabling this option prevents the use of data; you can always connect a WiFi network. We may also use SBSettings. Data Roaming: In Settings-General-Red, you have this option, the iPhone itself tells us "When you are abroad, disable data roaming to avoid significant additional charges to send MMS or use e-mail, Internet or other data services. Change the data in mobile data network: For me this is the option infallible, you go to the mobile data settings and change the name of your access point.

You have got the solution for you problem, hence I thought that this will help you to use your iPhone in a better way. iPhone operator AT & T announced today the end of the flat rate offering to connect to internet model iPad 3G , in order to decongest the network. Until now, subscribers to AT & T plans paid $ 30 for unlimited data transmission in the new flagship of Apple, which sold two million units in two months. The operator shall, from this flat rate Monday by two plans, one for $ 15 a month for 200 megabytes of data and another $ 25 a month for 2 gigabytes of data per month. Experts expect that other operators will follow suit and take similar steps soon to download the network, often overburdened in cities with high use of smart phones like New York or San Francisco.

I do not want to oppose you but here are the situation that I have faced, so be careful before choosing any plan for your iPads. Movistar behave hired after $ 10 flat rate (for companies) and the first month it was going to stop. And then I got the message that had consumed the 100 megabytes (lowering the speed at 32kbps) and gave me no radio or online, which if I was on Vodafone. Total passing month but did not return to high speed. I thought if I changed to $21 for companies such as the minimum speed was better (64 kbps) throw the radio online. I called, I changed your rate and see that still did not get on the speed "normal", and I had been like 15 days into the month, total tired already called to the incidence and in short I was told at that moment I could attend, I would call a technician. Incidentally after a while it was going to 1.5 mbps with the velocity meter. The coach of course never called.

Leaving aside the standard of living in countries like Canada is charged a minimum of 25 dollars per month for 500 MB or 5 GB have a whopping 65 or 85 dollars a month. There are unlimited tariffs, such as Vodafone, and the extra cost is charged to 0.05 dollars per megabyte. France, Internet connections from laptops, you get itself to charges of 4 GB for about $87/ month. Portugal, to do anything, always charged excess in all its tariffs. In the United Kingdom apply the so-called 'limits of responsible use' linked to contracts with soaring costs. Honestly, looking at the options that exist in Spain and the networks that exist, have little or nothing to envy of other countries. There are fees for all tastes, from $11 to Telstra to $53 which are charged on a iPhone Movistar, and quality service and it usually accompanies.
