GeForce 9500 GT is directed to the least demanding users. Suggested by the NVIDIA card-E price is expected to be below $ 100, so a little over 200 gold for the end user. In a similar price debuted a year before the GeForce 8500 GT and 9500 GT model is its natural successor. However, will compete with the cards, which cost just 200 out of gold with a hook, that is, for example, Radeon HD 3850th

ATI would be better to go for an ATI Radeon HD 3200 The graphics core is based on a DirectX 10-capable HD 2400 and by the lack of memory offers lower performance. The size of the main memory can be 256 or 512 MB 128th There is also the possibility of a separate graphics card memory to link directly. This should increase the performance significantly. However, whether a manufacturer that extra effort (and price) is making is questionable.

In Windows XP, there is apparently a driver issue with the HD 3200 in RS780 (M) chipset. According to numerous Internet reports should be older and current driver does not provide 2D acceleration resulting interactions and scrolling windows are sometimes very slow (especially with Firefox are problems reported here). In Windows Vista will not occur this problem.

GeForce 9800 GT is, in turn, the successor to the 8800 GT . So at least it may seem, because in reality we are dealing with virtually the same layout. Have not changed one bit its parameters: SP 112 units, 16 ROP units, 600 MHz GPU clock, clock units SP 1500 MHz, 512 MB GDDR3 memory clock 900 MHz (1.8GHz effective), 256-bit memory data bus . After the 9800 GT can therefore be expected virtually identical performance, which has a GeForce 8800 GT. Of course, check this. Coded indication of GeForce 9800 GT is G92-280.
