Which is a better buy Acer 4736z or Acer 4736

I will be purchasing a new laptop this Christmas and I researched a lot I found that Acer 4736z or Acer 4736 but am confused I don’t know which of the two laptops will be a better option for me. I will be using the laptop for my official purposes does not mind whether it can play games. Please tell me which is a better buy? Acer 4736z or Acer 4736.

Size wise, Acer aspire 4736z is 14.0″ and not 14.1″, so you shall expect 16:9 view, which is amazing, and I kinda like it much better than the normal 14.1″. Comparing with 4730 and 4935 series, this series has side panel which is consists of plenty small buttons with LEDs. Its pretty easy to access and simple enough. The picture I took is from the Acer Aspire 4736 the Intel Core 2 Duo version. And as usual, Core 2 Duo processors came with Centrino’s logo and its still the old sticker. I have seen some with new Intel stickers which are way more amazing. It's a good one.
