Jtek 2.8 MP4 player

Hi just bought a Jtek 2.8 MP4 playerand downloaded mp3 tracks into music folder they play alright but they say "unknown Artist" and "unknown album"
I've tried allsorts of ways to add the above but find the way,any ideas
would be gratful

There might be 2 reasons for this. First, check the properties of the particular track that is there any feed in the Album or Artist's column. You can do this on PC. If it is blank than you will not be able to see it on your player. Second, check your Player's settings. There use to be option to show the artists or albums. Select the appropriate setting.
