Failure of RAM, Windows and Motherboard

I have recently purchased new laptop which is Dell Inspiron 600m and I having problem with my RAM, Windows and Motherboard. for better performance I had upgrade my Ram from 1 GB to 2 GB after installing that Ram its working fine for some days but before a week when I start my computer I got message that memory failed . I had removed RAM and installed it again but it doesn’t work anymore. I am also confused that is any problem with my motherboard or with my operating system windows XP. If anyone having idea about this so I would like to hear you.

I have some basic idea about this. Presses F12 while the starting process. Then shut down and removed the battery from laptop unplugged the power and replaced the 1 GB RAM card that I had removed before now presented is 2 1GB RAM cards. I reconnected the whole lot and rebooted. Primarily, the BIOS and system information documented 2048 RAM but on another Restart you can get this message:
(Memory write/read failure at 7FFEE0000, read FE11FE10 expecting FE11FE11.)
(Memory address line failure at 7FFE0000, read FE11FE11 expecting 01010101.)
(Memory write/read failure at 40000008, read 00EF00EE expecting 00EF00FF.)
Lessening presented memory.
The quantity of system memory has distorted.
