Display problem of Dell Inspiron 1420

I have purchased a new laptop for my business purpose. Its Dell 1420 Inspiron . Its working smoothly before some days but from 1 week I having problem with its display. It’s showing two different screen at a same time with the different blur color and I can’t work on it because of this problem. I have warranty period of this laptop but I have try with the display settings but it’s still same. If any one having idea so please suggest me or if require to change video card if its faulty than suggest me for the better graphic card for that .

You can check resolution first I think the problem in resolution. Or you can try to install your display driver CD and install it again or you can check your graphic card by inserting on different laptop ten you can know where is the exact problem. If still its same then so I will suggest you to contact Dell service center and ask then for the new graphic card . for better grapfic card i will suggest you to buy form asus.
