Acer 5745G OR Acer 5742G?

What is the best option to get Acer 5745G OR Acer 5742G , I have been using the lenovo laptop which had stopped working since last week. Please tell me which is the best laptop so that i can get the best. i will be using this laptop for all my official activities. You can suggest a different brand if possible please do provide me the specifications and features of the laptop. Any suggestion will be appreciated.
