I have just bought the new Nokia Mobile phone E5 model. I have bought this mobile phone a form an authorized Nokia dealer. I am using this phone form past two weeks. In the beginning it is totally working fine. But from last one OR may from two days I am facing some strange issue with my mobile. My phone get hangs up and get restarted every time when I try to open the music player. Also when I am trying to open the camera mode to take some photo then also I am facing same problem but while plying the FM Radio I am not getting any errors. So is that my music player problem OR it is my camera mode problem? So can anyone have any idea about this then please help me out of this. Please help me to solve this problem. Now days this kind of errors are very common in the new Nokia E series especially in the E5 series and this kind of error is also common in c7 also. I think this is generally your Firmware updates problem. I just advise you to update your old Firmware with the newer one. You just have to try updating the firmware by latest version firmware. I think at this time Nokia has not launched any new Firmware for the E5 mobile phone. I also advise you to try to update you’re software OR else you can reset your phone. You can reset the mobile by just pressing “*#7370#” key. The security code for the restore setting is “12345”. Before resetting just makes sure that you have made all the proper back up of the data. This is because in this process your mobile phone data will get deleted. I hope this will help you to fix your bugs.

I am also thinking that this may be your Firmware issue of the Nokia E5. E5 is the smart phone that Nokia has launched in year 2010. In the case of the Smartphone the firmware update is quite important. It also brings some new features in the mobile phone. For checking your Firmware version of your Nokia Phone just by just dialing *#0000#.To update Nokia E5 firmware, you just have to download the it from the Nokia site and install Nokia software updater OR Nokia OVI Suite application in your PC. Now you just have to connect your phone in PC suite mode with your PC firmware, you can download it from the Nokia site and install Nokia software updater OR Nokia OVI Suite application in your PC. Now you just have to connect your phone in PC suite mode with your PC. Then when you will run the Nokia software updater programs it will search for the latest available updates for your model. If a newer firmware is available backup you data in to your PC and upgrade the firmware. Generally a new phone model is more prone to software bugs which get rectified as new Firmware come out. For example in case of E5 many users are reporting reboot issues. The latest firmware update is available in the market now days. I think you just have to update your Nokia Firmware. You have to update your Firmware with Nokia E5 42.010 Version. I hope this will fix your issue. You can update your Nokia Firmware over OTA (Over the Air). Also you can do this by using Windows PC application. The Nokia E5 does have User Data Preservation (UDP). But I am advising you to keep back up is always good idea before updating the device with the latest firmware.

I also have updated my Firmware with the 42.010 Version. But still I am not able to fix my problem. I am very help less now. I don’t know what to next. I think this kind of bugs is now very common in all of the Nokia mobile phone. I just want to give you the advice that you to contact your nearest Nokia Care center.
