HP DV5-1015tx Vs Dell XPS M1530

Currently I am planning to purchase the Dell XPS M1530 and I have been waiting for in relation to this around 3 months So that they will start giving nVidia 9600M GT and Centrino 2. I was running out of endurance, still I decided to wait. And around three days ago I saw an ad of an HP dv5 laptop and decided to check out. Yesterday, I went to an HP store and its specifications have put me in a confusing loop over whether I should purchase XPS or dv5. So if you have any solution for this then help me.

In this I have little bit issue and my major concerns are as follows:
    1. I am not able to discover this model listed in HP's India site. Also, a Google look for gives only HP's Russian site giving this model. The gentleman at the HP shop told that this model came out only 20 days before. Will I be taking a peril if I buy this?
    2. Is the processor influential sufficient for HD video encoding? I will be purchasing a HD handy cam for a moment in the future and I wish for the lappy to be powerful sufficient to handle it.
    3. Just for the reason that it has Centrino 2, will the lappy permit me to switch between onboard and discrete graphics?
    4. Is the display resolution a good quality selection for watching movies and playing games?
    5. Does the 9600M GT have DDR2 or DDR3 memory?
    6. And most importantly, how does this compare with XPS M1530?

I am just telling you the specification for this so HP Pavillion DV5-1015TX and in this the Intel Core 2 Duo P7350 and chipset in this is Intel PM45 Express. And also in this I have 3 GB PC2-6400 DDR2 Ram. Graphic card nVidia GeForce 9600M GT 512 MB. And hard disk drive in this is of 250 GB Serial ATA. Operating system is of Microsoft Windows 7 Premium Home Edition. One year of limited global warranty. And at the price Rs. 62990, excluding tax. So I hope this information will little bit help you in order to lower down the confusion in between Dell and Hp.

Well regarding this I am also looking for the perfect solution but till now whatever solution I get I am not satisfied with that. I was impressed when I saw this in ezone. You are able to say its big purchase against Dell XPS. And the config it has obtained I am able to say you are able to go for it. Also the pricy is 7350 and not 7530. HP products in market and site as customary are different huh, as for the DDR2 or DDR3 I believe it is DDR2. By the way the configuration is genuine just search with 1015tx specification.

Actually I have little bit issues in this so I want your help guys. Please give me a reply for the following: 1: Is the processor influential sufficient for HD video encoding? I will be purchasing a HD handy cam a little bit in the future and I want the lappy to be commanding enough to handle it. 2: Not confident whether this dv5 model has HDMI output. 3: Just for the reason that it has Centrino 2, will the lappy permit me to switch between onboard and discrete graphics?
