How to add user to sudoers file in moblin

I am using Acer aspire one on with moblin v2 alpha on it but I cannot able to get anything install on it. Few days back I was trying to install flash on it but not succeed I think it because of sudoers file. I have tried many ways to install it on my laptop but then also problem is same. What should I do for this, so that I can install flash on it? Thanks in advance.

I have gone through your question and I think that for installing flash you have to install it as root. Normally root user is lacking with password on some distro, because of that you cannot log in as root, to start installing. This can solve by just login as root and for that you should first use sudo for login as a root using su or su- command. And then again try to install flash on it.

Re: How to add user to sudoers file in moblin

I was getting same error while installing any of the applications to it, then one of my friend who is Linux expert advice me to edit sudoers file. All this is happens because of not being in the sudoers file to get rid of this, I edit sudoers file using visudo command and then I succeed to install application on it. I hope this information may help you.

I think you should try this commands to add user to sudore file in moblin.
    • Sudo add user username admin or
    • Sudo cp/etc/group/etc/group.backup
    • Nano/etc/group

By giving this command you can add user as well as install application using that user. If you are having other query then reply me.
