I have chinese I pod(i phone) model H-003 TV
others function are good but phonebook and sms doesnot open
sometimes it opens
provide the solution .........................

It is definitely the phone's internet problem mate. If you have taken it recently than i'll suggest you to get it replaced as soon as possible. And if it has become old than get repaired. This is the default that has been found in many Chinese mobiles.
