samsung 5233 mobile problem

HI I have samsung star S5233 mobile where in am unable to open message box as it says initializing but doesnot open the messages...please help

Dont know about Samsung but i have faced this issue twice on my Nokia E63 Mobile. I use to get the message but was not able to open or read the messages. What i did is a hard reset and it got fixed. i can suggest you for the same. Backup your device completely and do a hard reset. It will work.
