Unable to synchronize iPhone with front USB port on my macbook pro

I am using macbook pro 2010. I am facing problem when i am trying to syncing iPhone with my macbook pro through the front USB port. It gives me an error message when i am trying to do that. Is there anyone who is facing the same problem while doing this connection? If you have any solution for fixing this problem, then please do suggest me the one. Even i am getting the same problem when i am trying to do the same thing with my macbook air and iphone. I am looking to solve this issue from 1 week, but till now i have not succeeded in getting the proper solution for solving this issue. If you have any solution for fixing this problem, then try to post it here. Any kind of help regarding this issue will be appreciated. Hope you will provide me the solution soon.

I have a solution for this problem, so try to go through this solution.

• Try to disconnect you connection
• Shut down the laptop.
• Remove the battery from your laptop.
• Again try to insert the battery and now turn on the system again
• Try to run it in the safe mode.
• Also restart you iphone.
• Now try to connect you iphone with the laptop.

I had tried to download software update for my macbook from the apple site. When i installed this update on my laptop, fortunately it fixed my issue. I restarted my laptop after installing this update and now it is working well with my iphone. So i will like to advise you to try and do the same thing on your system. I think it might help you in solving your problem. So try it out. If you require some support on this issue, then try to reply me back.
