Touch screen not working in Nokia 5800

I am using Nokia 5800. Last week my touchscreen no longer work. I have now called for nokia customer service and then they said that they come over on Wednesday, I have very bad experience with nokia customer service. Is there anything to the phone from the computer to control it? I want to enter the PIN on it. I also want to know if anyone of you has experience with the compatibility of the Nokia 5800 with the Touch Screen adapter from VW adapter. Please help.

You should also provide to Nokia following information because the service requires some information from them to help them quickly and without major issues.
    The main points are:
    • Model and serial number of the device.
    • type of disturbance,
    • the model,
    • your full address,
    • your phone number with area code.

Re: Nokia 5800 touch screen problem

Nokia is the mobile phone that have two-year warranty. In that time, all damage is repaired to the units or replace the device directly. But even with Nokia, this service is not absolute, and so there are also reasons for exclusion.
    Reasons for exclusion are:
    - Exclusion for damage caused by improper use
    - Misused use
    - Using other accessories
    - Dismantled or other parts repair devices
    - Repair attempts, which were carried out by unauthorized persons.
