Problem accessing iTunes 10 even after proper download

Don't have any idea about this but i think that this is not the usual problem. Few days back I found out that even after downloading the itunes from a official site it shows some kind of error whenever i try to open this file. For continuous 4-5 days i tried downloading the iTunes 10 from internet but every time i clicked on the file it gave an error saying that the requested file cannot be opened due to some file error. But still i kept on trying, and i uninstalled & reinstalled iTunes many times, but i was not able to open the file anyhow. Can anyone please help me to solve my issue related to iTunes 10.
    Thanks in advance..

Hey guys not to worry about this issue, as i had the same issue with the iTunes 10 and i managed to solve this issue.. You can just try to turn Bonjour on /off.. It could be the issue if it is in conflict with itunes10. Then you can restart the system again after making the changes.
    How exactly to do this:
    • First go to START menu
    • Click on control panel option
    • Then go to administrative tools
    • Then click on services
    • Select "Bonjour services"
    • Then select stop service
    • Click on Apply
    • After performing all these steps, "RESTART YOUR COMPUTER"
    • open itunes should work now.

But make sure that you restart the computer after making any changes. Otherwise whatever changes are made it will not be executed..

Re: Problem accessing iTunes 10 even after proper download

I am not 100% sure if this problem has occurred to many users or not. This is because I have never got any such error messages on this, but when I downloaded iTunes 10 and when i installed it it was working fine but the moment i click on the open file, it gave me an error. After trying a lot of other tricks, I checked if their is any problem with my firewall settings. And their exactly i found a solution for this. I saw that my firewall was blocking iTunes. Exactly, it was blocking the "Bonjour services" which is somewhere related to with iTunes. And when i unblocked the setting of my firewall, the problem was solved.. iTunes worked fine after that. You guys can also try for it worked for me..

You can try for some other solutions like i have mentioned here if at all it does not work..
    • First thing you should do is,try and save the files of iTunes downloaded software on the desktop .
    • Disconnect iTunes 10 from internet.
    • Ensure that any security software's or Firewall settings are disabled.
    • After that run installation file.Just be careful that this time it installs all the files and software files.
    • Then "Run" iTunes 10.
    • Then again enable firewall settings and reconnect it to the internet.
    • This will definitely work and you will not have any query with this topic..
