Connect Nokia 5530 xpress phone without PC suite

I have a Nokia 5530 Xpress music phone and the thing is that I need to connect the phone without using the PC suite application. I do not know what can be done for the same as I have lost the disc of PC suite. Please help me out so that I can make the implementation and then work well which will let the changes to be processed and worked. I use desktop installed with Windows Xp. Hope to get a solution.
