Nktel A8800 not support outgoing and incoming calls

I have new Nktel A8800 mobile phone. I am not happy with this phone because there is No outgoing and incoming calls working properly. When anyone want to call me it give error like that when i try to call Nktel A8800 mobile phone don't reply anything. So what is the use of the Nktel A8800 mobile phone. I am to tired. What i have to do for that? I am not planing for other mobile because of money matter. So please help.

You have new Nktel A8800 mobile phone. I think you have to check call setting. If you set call barring setting on for your both outgoing and incoming calls so your all and incoming and outgoing banns and you are not able to call or receive the phone. So check your all call setting and if any changes is required so make correct the changes and then check your problem.

You have to reset your all Nktel A8800 mobile phone setting so there is any mistake in your setting that will replace by original setting. First go to menu option. Then go to the setting and go to the phone setting. Then click on restore setting. phone will restart after sometime and your all phone setting will change after restart the Nktel A8800 mobile phone. Try it.

I think your Sim card not working properly and because of that you are not able to call and receive the phone. You check your Sim card in another mobile phone. If problem in your Sim card so contact with your network service provider. Otherwise change your Sim card.
