How do I transfer pictures from my iPhone to my computer system?

I am using the iPhone for my use. I have taken the picture of my son birthday. Now I want to transfer the pictures from my iPhone to my computer system. I am unable to transfer my son birthday pictures. Do anyone have idea how I can transfer the picture from the iPhone to my computer system. Any help related to the same problem will be appreciated. I think you have to go for the USB cable to transfer the picture for your iPhone to your computer system. I have tried to the same problem what you are having. I have taken the USB cord of the iPhone which I am using. I think you should take the USB port of your iPhone and then you can able to transfer the picture from your iPhone to your computer system.

I am using the USB port to transfer my son birthday picture to my computer system. But then also I am unable to transfer it to my computer system. I am unable to understand what problem I am facing with my computer system. Do anyone else have same problem of transferring the picture to their computer system. I suggest you to install the driver of the iPhone which is also known as Itunes which help you to transfer the data or pictures on to your computer system. With the help of the driver you can able to transfer the image to your computer system easily without any problem. I think this will help you out to transfer the picture on to your computer system.
