I cant play songs from nokia 5233

I have nokia 5233 model. I am very happy to use it. But there is a problem to play songs or video from nokia 5233. From few days, i am facing this problem. Whenever i try to open or play sound or video files error message is displayed on a screen. All time when i try for this operation failed message displayed. So how can i play my sound or video files without error? Help me.

I think you have to format your nokia 5233 model because this type of problem take place when virus affect on device. I think your all file are corrupted so format your memory card and then install all data newly in your device. You try your memory card in other device, if problem is take place in that device also so definitely you have a problem in memory card. Format it and enjoy your new memory card with full place.

You have to check what type of file format support to your nokia 5233 model. Music Player of nokia 5233 support MP3, MP4, AAC, eAAC+, WMA file format only. And Video Capture format of nokia 5233 is MPEG4-SP, 3GP, AVC, WMV9. So whenever your going to play songs or video first check file format of that files. If format is different then file will not support on your nokia 5233. So try to play same format files which will support on yours device.

You Have to check your phone setting if there is a problem in it so correct the problem. Reset the all setting as a default setting.
