I recently got Blackberry phone for myself which provide me with great features it has external memory which is through Micro SD memory card. But recently faced problem while saving videos on my phone and also when I tried to play it on media it displays error as format you are playing is unsupported. I am not able to fix this problem of my phone so anybody have idea of it please help me to solve the problem.

This problem which you are facing of video not playing and not able to save pictures on your blackberry phone is because your phone is having virus because of which data is corrupted in file so you are not able to play video and save pictures. To resolve this kind of problem you need to format your phone i.e. you have to flash your phone in order to remove the virus so that you will be able to do the function you want to do.

If the virus is not the problem in your phone then it may be that you do not have sufficient space i.e. memory in your phone so that you are not able to store the video in your phone. So before going for any of the above mention solution see if your memory card is full so that it is not able to save the video. If this is the problem then you can delete some data to store your video.
