    Caller ID not working - Blackberry Storm 2 9520

    I have just acquired a Blackberry Storm 2 9520, there are 2 / 3 weeks. This is a American model (AT & T) and unlocked by the vendor in Asia. The screen automatically displays "Tmobile"Start and when I turn off the phone. The absence of effective correspondence between the numbers in my address book and those people who call me ; Balance when one of my contacts in my address book name is impossible to know who it is. The phone number appears, but not the name of the correspondent. Please help.

    Check the steps:
    1. In the left pane MVS Console, Click Telephone connectors.
    2. Click Manage.
    3. Click on the telephone connector of your business.
    4. Make sure the caller ID number of the telephone connector is correct.

    In the log files of BBSIP BlackBerry MVS, Looking for a caller ID number of telephone connector that can be transmitted from the PBX to the PSTN and the terminal BlackBerry. The default location of log files is as follows: <reader>: \ Program Files \ Research In Motion \ BlackBerry Enterprise Server \ Logs \ <date>. Contact the administrator of your company's PBX to verify that the caller ID number is correct. In MVS ConsoleOn page telephone connector, verify that the caller ID number of telephone connector is correct.

    he translation of the phone number is required if users BlackBerry MVS consist of numbers preceded by a plus sign (+).
    1. In the left pane MVS Console, Click Telephone connectors.
    2. Click Manage.
    3. Click on the PBX in your organization.
    4. Dropdown list Location, Verify that the location of your company's PBX is correct.

    BlackBerry MVS Client uses the caller ID numbers that you set for your business telephone connectors, to identify calls BlackBerry MVS. Before the PBX an outgoing call to BlackBerry MVS Client with the identification number of the caller, BlackBerry MVS Server inform BlackBerry MVS Client that the incoming call is a call BlackBerry MVS and requires specific treatment.
