Office Mobile 2010 does not work on windows mobile 6.5

I am using HTC HD2 mobile with windows mobile 6.5 OS. It was not giving me any problem until I upgrade its office 2007 to office mobile 2010. Before upgrading, I was able to open office, Excel files. But now after upgrading I am not able to open Office mobile 2010, excel mobile 2010 files. I do not what happen to it. All other features are working without any problem only problem is with office files. And one thing more is, word mobile 2010 and PowerPoint mobile 2010 working properly. Is anyone here who knows what exact problem is?

Ok I understand that application is not working. It happens sometime when you upgrade them to some newer version. But you have not explained here in detailed. You have to explain which error that are generating. More specifically you have to tell me that when you try to open these applications what kind of error you receive? Tell me here that error message then I will be able to help you more easily. Try to reboot your mobile; I hope it will solve your problem.

When I touch to open my Excel Mobile 2010, all folder windows becomes open and I see all available excel files on my mobile. Now when I touch an excel mobile 2010 file to open it generate an error “an error occurred while '123' is being opened” and when I touch ok button I again see just list of all excel files. When I try to open new blank file of excel it generate error “an error occurred while Blank 97-2003 Workbook is being opened” it happens with all these applications. Now tell me what the problem is.

I am also facing this same error problem after upgrading my office mobile application to its latest version. But the difference is that my mobile is Omina II with windows mobile 6.5 OS. I have tried lots of this to do with it but every time I receive same error. Now I have only one option to uninstall it to get back to office mobile 2007. I want to use 2010 version therefore if anyone has solution then please give me? Every suggestion will be appreciated.

I am using Samsung 1800 Omnia II from last one years and I was very happy with its features. It supports 2G & 3G networks. The most I like in it is its touch screen and its size it almost 3.7” with 480x 800 pixel resolution. Its CPU has 800 Mhz speed and 256 MB RAM, 512 MB ROM. Some other features are 5 MP camera with very good clarity and also autofocus. When I bought it was having office mobile 2007 applications and but I upgraded that to 2010 version and now I am also in same trouble.
