IPad locked-up, will not restore

I just noticed something that takes my head on my ipad times (3 times) when I delete applications in multitasking iPhone locks hanging down a few seconds and then he resumed but has its moments makes it reboots and all does anyone know where this can come and if restoration is necessary now seen as a ipad, I want to restore this.
