Sony ericsson c510 delivery report

I have a Sony Ericsson C510 since November 2009. everything is fine until March 2010 when the button top of the joystick does not work. I brought back So to the store and seller stating the problem , sending the phone for repair. 3 weeks later I get another phone ( different serial number is a repackaged by the seller). The problem is that I can neither have the delivery report or send text messages to some of my contacts ( but some) which I wrote very often before. I then returned to my dealer, who test a little while and see , but not well understood. Please help.

To send an SMS:

1. Tap the Start icon > Text.
2. Tap Menu > New > SMS.
3. Type in the box A: and enter a phone number or Menu > Add Recipient and select a contact.
4. message and then tap the Send Message.

To view a text message :

1. Tap the Start icon > Text.
2. Tap the message you want to open.

To safeguard the SMS, you can look towards apps as MyBackup that can do it, there must be others, but me is that I use. For acknowledgments is not top top side of Android I think, me personally I have average confidence in its receipts because some here have noted that even when a laptop was turned off he received the accused. .. I managed somehow to get text messages on my card sim management option sms card sim ( that works once in a thousand) ... and the concern is that this is not compatible and I can not read in full ... you have had this concern ? I also saw that we could manage the SMS by copying or not the SD card ... but come you then to consult them on the PC?
