Want help on my Z500a sony ericsson mobile

I am currently using Z500a Sony ericsson. I use my mobile with my computer . I use a dcu-11 cable for connecting my mobile with the computer. I do this thing for transferring the images from the mobile to the computer. Now i am facing the problem that as i connect my phone to the PC, it promo that found new hardware and when i go through the wizard it adds a other device and for the USB serial control. I see a yellow question mark on both of them. What should i do for this problem?

Even i faced the same problem with my mobile. I also want to connect my mobile phone to the computer, but i am not able to do this. I have purchased a data cable, but the problem is with my data cable. When i connect my mobile with the computer, my computer does not recognize the mobile. What is the exact problem which i am facing? Need some help.

I think that you need to reinstall the driver for your USB device. With your USB device you must have got a CD. The CD contain the driver for the USB. Insert the CD and install the driver on the PC. If you have not got a CD, then you need to download the driver from the internet. As you install the driver, you will be able to connect you mobile with the internet.

This is my thanks to Katty as it solved my issue. I removed my driver and inserted the CD which i had got with the USB device. I installed the driver and after the completion of the installation i connected the mobile and this time it is working well. I would also advice to others who are facing the same problem, to use this solution. Once again thanks to you.
