Ipod nano album problem with Itunes

    Hello,
I recently acquired a 4 gigabyte iPod nano (the first version) and I have a small problem concerning the storage of songs. I took a lot of time to classify all my songs in 8 categories, only when I read them on my iPod, I can not find my songs in that category. Same when I go directly through the artist search, I found only by going in the other ranking pieces, which is quite annoying. Anyone have a clue why? Otherwise, another thing: I read everywhere that iTunes 7 might find it even the album artwork, only it does not work obviously not for me. Where do I have to make adjustments? Thank you.

For you to pieces in artists, you have to bear some things in itunes, if you have just the name of the song but no artist name in itunes, it will be the same with the ipod. Clearly, if you want to have the song in a category on your iPod, you must have them in itunes. I guess this solution for you.

That's what I did, I filed my songs in itunes with title, artist, genre, album. But in my iPod it is not all sorted. I have tried what you said bu unfortunately this does not work for me. Any more help regarding this is appreciated. Thank you.

If you want to remove songs, I do know in the contents of the iPod jack is standard. Let me explain:
First we go to itunes and remove the clear the music you no longer want on your iPod
Then you must go to the summary of your ipod and:
3 things you have written in large:
    -Ipod
    -Version

    Options
Go into options and there you have 4 other things in writing:
Open iTunes when this iPod is connected
-Synchronize only the checked songs and videos
    -Manually manage music and videos

    Enable disk use
Select "synchronize only the checked songs and videos"
Then go to music on your ipod and click sync at the bottom right of itunes
