| Re: Samsung Corby Pro vs Nokia 5800 XpressMusic
The Samsung Corby Pro is a smartphone targeted "young" (despite its name, " pro " ) under Proprietary OS Samsung ( TouchWiz ) . It features a keyboard QWERTY sliding rather successful and a system of widgets on the home page. At a time when the world swears by Android ( almost), what about the Corby Pro? The Corby Pro comes with 2 interchangeable shells , a user manual , and earphones ear with wire short , hands-free kit that lets you connect the headphones (but also others, 3.5mm ), a charger micro USB and a cable Micro USB . |

The Xpress Music 5800 is facing very large audience. With the interface Touch S60, the 3.5G and Wi - Fi, a photo sensor 3.2- megapixel, a GPS chip and a memory card of 8 GB to store up content, it is full of multimedia applications. In suggestion the accompanying, the Finnish manufacturer promised last fall offer to download unlimited music: Comes with Music. Malheureusment, telephone 5800 spell without this job, which should arrive in early March, depending on the brand. |

The Corby Pro is clearly the big brother of Corby "classic "with keyboard QWERTY sliding. We thus find a resistive touch screen rather good quality. In facade you will find the camera for video, touch screen 2.8 " resistive, a large menu button (which looks like a "ok ", but not), the key answer and end calls . The buttons are mechanical but smooth, note that the assembly is in a good quality plastic (no cracks) but leaves lots of fingerprints. |

The 5800 is thicker than the average 15.5 mm. People who have had this phone in hand looking for, without exception, to show a physical keyboard. No, the 5800 does not. By way of comparison, it is as thick as a N85. Fortunately, it offers a light weight - 109 grams - nice compared to smartphones that flirt rather with the 130 or 150 grams in the past. Finally, shape, longer than wide, is closer to a normal phone than a smartphone, and allows a grip comfortable. |

The system in Samsung Corby sliding to open the keyboard is solid and does not seem to have gambling. The keyboard as what is rather interesting, 4 rows of keys, one key “alt” which allows access to certain characters like "@” or even "%”. Directional arrows on the right and access keys for messaging features, web or change the mode (space bar). Press " ok "in the upper right serves as "menu" button and press " ok ". All the keys are flat but sink correctly with a good enough return perceptible. The letters and figures above are not hampered by the edge of the screen. |
