Nokia n97 mini vs Samsung Jet

I am looking out for a new phone and the thing is that I am not able to work well with the change which will be better. I need the phone for good video quality and also for good web browsing. This will be better as needed. So please suggest me the best amongst them. Hope to get a better solution from the same.
