Nokia would make it more confidence to its Symbian? This is what one might think after the announcement stating the next set of mobile with Nokia Maemo The open source operating system. The reason why Symbian is not pursued, according to someone close to Nokia, its slowness: "Symbian is far too heavy to keep with the modern operating system .We must react ". For its part Nokia does not comment on the abandonment of Symbian. Can anybody know VLC Support for Maemo / Nokia N900. Please help.

For the moment there is no certainty that Maemo 6 is available for the N900. Buy a camera more than 500 euros without knowing whether its OS in a year will not be exceeded is a bit hard.
