Comparison: Fuji T2020 and HP 2740p

I am very interested on Internet. My question is about the comparison between the Fujitsu T2020 and the HP 2740p. These two tablets are available around $1700. Fuji is well known for its battery and screen and HP is seems about the same. Both of them gives more than 11 hours backup with the external battery. But the HP's processor is twice good than Fuji.
what is your choice between these two tablets?

The Fuji T2020 is designed as sleek and appealing. It has the business feel. It is compact and lightweight, at 3.8lbs. The color makes it professional. There is an minimal flex in the chessis. There are some buttons on the bottom of the screen which are used to change the screen orientation and function. The HP 2740p is a powerful convertible targeted at mobile professionals looking for pen and touch input. It is featured as a durable design, a fast Core i5 processor, and lets you get online and check your e-mail and calendar without booting into Windows. The touch functionality feels a little thin out of the box, and we wish the standard battery lasted longer on a charge, but overall the 2740p is a solid business tablet for the money.

HP 2740p is designed as Tough but light enough to qualify as an ultra portable tablet in the market. The Fuji T2020 is solid and feels sturdy. The screen is not so wobble. The complete design is solid and the battery is located i the front of the tablet. It having no optical drive, Fuji T2020 is packed with a good variety of features. I will go for it.

In Fuji T2020 the active digitizer is great and the 12.1" WXGA screen is flawless, but it is not reflective. You can adjust the brightness level. That are different colors are bright. Though T2020 is bi-directional hinge, which is good for presentation. It changes its orientation mode automatically.
The HP 2740p uses a Wacom digitizer that supports both pen and touch input. Its LED backlight is very good it is an 12.1-inch display (1280 x 800 pixels), which gives a bright and crisp image.

Fuji T2020 having Intel Core 2 Duo U9300 1.2GHz processor and a 120GB hard drive. It will booted up quickly and having no problem in web surfing. It did make a little noise when running the benchmarks. The HP 2740p is comes with a slightly slower 2.4-GHz Core i5 processor, a smaller 160GB hard drive, and 2GB of RAM instead of 4GB. It also having some useful business software(like QuickWeb and Quick Look 3)
