    How to Get Push Email on an Older Pocket PC

    I am having the windows mobile in which I have email services. I need to know that how I could send email mechanically to the windows mobile which is handheld from the Exchange server which use the software that is on the device. I also need the solution doing the same process with the Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC which is not having the Microsoft’s new Messaging and Security Feature Pack(MSFP) install in it. I need to have the proper guidance to know the process of email in the windows mobile.

    As windows mobile is the smart phone and it is not restricted to syncing email account through ActiveSync or from the Windows Mobile Device Centre. The windows mobile smart phone can be put to send and receive email with the POP or IMAP servers on its own just using Outlook or Thunderbird or any other email client on the windows mobile. There is only one condition that the POP or IMAP friendly with email services and have the permission to the Internet from your smartphone.

    In most you have to have the email account configuration setting done in your mobile phone. In order to make an account in any software of the mobile you just need to follow the some steps. You should be having the email username and your password then you should be having the POP OR IMAP mail server and at last you need to have the SMPT mail server With this setting you can configure your email software to get cross point with your mobile phone email services.

    If you are looking for the setting up your email account in windows mobile then you need to start the process in the proper manner. In the beginning you have to go to the Start then in the Messaging and then select the setup E-mail. The next screen which will appear at your screen is the screen which will ask you the email username and password. After putting this you have to select the Next button then you will find the message settings is found then just provide the Account Display Name, as the Account Display Name fields identifies and which help to make difference with the other account.

    In windows mobile the internet Email is the choice which you choice as there is a physical input for the normal POP and IMAP email account setting to be done on the Windows Mobile. You have to select the Exchange Server if the email is hosted on the Exchange Server. As for our email address, you have to choose the Internet Email, Account name ,password with your display name on it which is done in the proper way will let you to have your email send and receive in the proper manner.

    As you are having the windows mobile which is a smart phone for internet access in order to send email and receive email. You have to open the ActiveSync from the Start Menu then go to the select the Tools which is present at the bottom of the screen and choose the option which server you are using on your mobile for the access of internet. And the rest you have to do is the basic setting for the email account which is always done when you create an email account.

    In your windows mobile you want the push email service which is provided by the Windows Live Hotmail. You just need to make an hotmail account done and then open the Windows Live application open in your mobile device. Then enter the information that is need for the application and then just set your device to use the Live services which include the Messenger, mail and the contacts. You have to click on the menu and in the option select the Sync Schedule and select the network which comes under the internet access point of your mobile device.
