    1600x900 or 1920x1080 on W860CU?

I know very well it is just up to individual choice but I am actually ragged among 1600x900 or 1920x1080 resolution screen with just a $70 improve. It is launched by Sager NP8660 for with 1680x1050 was perfect for me and my work but now with a default resolution at 1600x900 I think it is just not sufficient. Without having any knowledge with 1920x1080 resolution screen what you people can think it is going to be very small on a 15.6" screen? Because of this question I am not applying any order on internet with Xotic PC.

I just use my laptop and PC for office work and no for gaming because gaming destroyed motherboard. From your question its looking that you want laptop for video or gaming. Your laptop 1680x1050 15.4" Sager has a physical DPI of 129v. One 15.6” laptop with 1920X1080 has a physical DPI of 141, on other hand the same screen size has physical DPI of 118. Mainly, effects will look a bit larger on the 1600x900 and a bit minor on the 1920x1080. The 15.6" 16x9 plan screen will be about 1/2 inch smaller than your present 15.4" 16x10.

I also have to think gaming presentation between these two available resolutions but with just $70 its looks very difficult to let the full HD pass. I have gone for the resolution 1920x1080 screen and it was much better than upgrading and making down resolution. I will say that you should also try for this screen, making upgradtion will not provide you such high clearness if you are really a true fan of Gaming

My brother laptop works fine with lower gaming but when he try for games like NFS and other heavy games it’s become faded or sometime gets stuck. You can use always lesser the resolution to take improved gaming performance. But it just will not look as good for not running it off local resolution (using greatest resolution on your monitor can put screen out). That’s why I am so confused in middle. I will like to have the finest visual as probable but not confident the nvidia GeForce GTX 280M 280M can grip Full HD with no taking a big hit in performance.

Is anybody can tell me that 1920X1080 resolution screen of stretch on the Clevo W860CU than 1920 X 1200 was on the M860TU laptop? With all these confusion, I am having difficulties to make a good match for me. I believe DPI divide to "pixels per unit of area" and IIRC, and Clevo W860CU has little bit better DPI than Full HD. It is fewer to extend ……for the eyes. Can anybody confirm it to me?

I think gaming performance is at local resolutions for as lengthy as probable is the mainly significant factor so I will go with the 1600x900 resolution which will still look grand.
I will only chose for the 1920x1080 resolutions if the laptop is having SLI. When you start using lower resolutions in games in the close to future, you will quickly start wishing you stayed with the best conciliation among performance and visual clarity that is the 1600x900.

If you are planning to use laptop for a gaming uses, mainly 1600x900 resolutions will be a good choice.Mainly people said that games seem a lot sharper when using screens native res and you will get a little extra FPS in games. How much extra no one knows but as I know we will know it soon. Now all is biased but me individually I will get the 1600x900 resolution screen res just to get as much performance out of the laptop as probable
