Yes, it seems to be a good laptop. It has some good technical specifications Intel Core i3 350M 2.26 GHz 4GB with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and ATI Mobility Radeon 5650 1GB 500 GB (5400 rpm) with 15.5″ Full HD 1080p Full island-style keyboard with number pad. Windows Experience Index: Processor : 6.3, RAM : 5.9, Graphics : 6.7, Gaming Graphics : 6.7, Primary Hard Disk : 5.8, so the only slow 5400rpm hard drive is the component holding the performance of this PC back.

The best i found under 50000 INR is Acer Aspire 5004NWLMi. It will cost you around Rs 40,560. It features a 1.8 GHz AMD Turion 64 ML-34 processor and has 15.4" display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. Or alternatively, you can go with Macbook.
