    HP Officejet 6500 E709N Continously goes offline

    I just bought an HP Officejet 6500 E709N and when I try to print its Wifi does not work, the wireless printer is sure to turn and yet my computer is connected to the printer but when I try print it gives me sth "printer is offline" With its cable works well, however. " Printer is offline "on the computer when you try to print to a device connected via a USB cable. Please help. Thanks in advance.

    Follow these steps to remove the device from the list of printers, and then to add again.
    1.In the upper left corner of the computer desktop, click the Apple menu icon, Then click on System Preferences from the dropdown menu.
    2. Click Printers and Faxes to open the list of printers .
    3. In the list printers , click on your HP, then click the minus button,To remove it.
    4. Unplug the USB cable from the device.

    Check the steps:
    1. Close all windows and all open programs and restart the computer.
    2. Ater restarting the computer, click again on the Apple menu icon ( ), Then click on System Preferences from the dropdown menu.
    3. Click Printers and Faxes to open the list of printers .
    4. Reconnect the USB cable to the device.
    5. If the device is not automatically added to the list ofprinters , click the Add button ( ).
    6. Select your HP in the list, then click Add . After a few seconds, the device appears in the list printers .
    7. Try printing again.

    You need to unplug the USB cable from the back of the HP product. Wait 5 seconds. Reconnect the USB cable to the product and the computer. Exert some pressure to make sure the cable is connected. The product should be connected directly to the computer through a USB cable or a powered USB hub. If you are using a non-powered USB hub, or if you do not know what type of hub is used, connect the product directly to the computer.

    This process releases the device from all power and restore its settings after the restart. Perform the following steps to reset the device power.
    1. Press the Power button To turn the product off.
    2. Unplug the power cord from the back of the device.
    3. Unplug the power cord from the outlet, and wait 30 seconds.
    4. Plug the power cord to an electrical outlet.
    5. Plug the power cord to the back of the device.
    6. Press the Power button To bring the product on.
    After righting the device powered up, the printing should start automatically print.

    Follow these steps to restart the printing of the queue if you put the device on hold without your knowledge.
    1. lick the Apple menu icon ( ), Then on System Preferences from the dropdown menu.
    2. Click Print & Fax , then your HP in the list Printers and finally, click Open Print Queue . The queue is opened.
    * If you see a button Turn the printer on pause ( ), Skip this step and go to the next solution to this document.
    * If you see a button Restart the printer ( ), Click it. You raise and all print jobs paused.
