HP Officejet 6500 E709N Continously goes offline

I just bought an HP Officejet 6500 E709N and when I try to print its Wifi does not work, the wireless printer is sure to turn and yet my computer is connected to the printer but when I try print it gives me sth "printer is offline" With its cable works well, however. " Printer is offline "on the computer when you try to print to a device connected via a USB cable. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Follow these steps to remove the device from the list of printers, and then to add again.
1.In the upper left corner of the computer desktop, click the Apple menu icon, Then click on System Preferences from the dropdown menu.
2. Click Printers and Faxes to open the list of printers .
3. In the list printers , click on your HP, then click the minus button,To remove it.
4. Unplug the USB cable from the device.

1. Close all windows and all open programs and restart the computer.
2. Ater restarting the computer, click again on the Apple menu icon ( ), Then click on System Preferences from the dropdown menu.
3. Click Printers and Faxes to open the list of printers .
4. Reconnect the USB cable to the device.
5. If the device is not automatically added to the list ofprinters , click the Add button ( ).
6. Select your HP in the list, then click Add . After a few seconds, the device appears in the list printers .

You need to unplug the USB cable from the back of the HP product. Wait 5 seconds. Reconnect the USB cable to the product and the computer. Exert some pressure to make sure the cable is connected. The product should be connected directly to the computer through a USB cable or a powered USB hub. 2. Click Print & Fax , then your HP in the list Printers and finally, click Open Print Queue . The queue is opened.
