Have you tried entering into your contacts list and pressing the Menu button, and from there you can export your contacts to your SD card. A vCard file is saved in the root of your SD card that you can import into Outlook to edit. Or if you have outlook then you can export, import, and back up contacts onto your computer or you can use windows contacts…that worked for me, just make sure you synchronize it first, use the cd that came with your phone.
