Deskjet F4140 device setup failure

I just bought a printer multifunction HP Deskjet F4140. I have already installed on 2 machines without worry. I need to install it on another laptop , and there is failure . Yet, nothing different from 2 other PCs : Windows XP SP2 even on Dell PCs. I think this is the configuration of XP to block the process. during the installation procedure , a first window " Hardware Wizard " opens, it settles. Shortly afterward a new window " Hardware Wizard " opens , and the recognition of the driver is in check ( support for USB printing ). Error Message unsigned driver or driver signing is not recognized by XP. I called HP which made me uninstall everything in depth , turned off all firewalls and antivirus software, then reinstalled completely. same result. Please help? Thank you for your advice.

Re: Deskjet F4140 device setup failure

Automatically update the print driver using the tool for diagnosing HP drivers
The diagnostic tool HP drivers scan the computer to verify that the latest versions of printer driver and HP software is installed. It also verifies that the device configuration and software installation is complete, and updates, uninstalls, or reinstalls the print driver if necessary. his method allows both to obtain and install the HP software and print drivers updated. If this method works, it is unnecessary to follow the following steps.
1. Click on the appropriate device from the following list to go to the software page for your device on the HP website.
2.Click on Downloads and driver software and then click Check . The diagnostic tool of the HP driver starts.
3. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to update the HP software and print drivers.

You need to click on the appropriate device from the following list to go to the software page for your device on the HP website. Click on Downloads and driver software and click on the appropriate operating system from the list displayed on the computer. to download all the software and all HP printer drivers, click on the full version of driver / software for HP LaserJet. To download print drivers only, click Driver Plug-and-play basis based on a host for HP LaserJet. Click download on the spot , then follow the instructions that appear on the screen to download the software.

You can also install the full version of the software and drivers from the downloaded file. Navigate to the downloaded file. Download the software from the Internet. Double-click the file and follow the instructions that appear on the screen to install the software. The method of installing software and printer drivers depends on the software version and type of installation selected.
