USB port does not detected iPod shuffle

I have just installed iTunes in my new iPod shuffle that i have purchased today. Then i have unplugged it from the Computer and all of a sudden the USB ports are reporting a Malfunction. I have also tried rebooting the computer for twice, but it didn't work at all. Please any one with the solution reply, i will be grateful to you.

As you have mentioned your problem above, there is a simple solution for it. Just turn off your Computer, then unplug all the cables of the computer from the Mains. After that hold the PC's power button for 40 seconds, then plug all the cables back to the main. Then turn on the power, your computer will work properly, i have tried it and it really works.

These problem is very common, there are chances that the ipod shuffle that you have bought may be affected by a virus. So, first check it and scan with an anti virus on another system. Also check that your system is virus affected or not, there may be chances that your system is virus porn. In such cases uses recommended anti viruses such as Norton, AVG, Avast.

your USB port is not detecting the iPod shuffle on the machine, there is a problem with your USB Port. To solve the problem, first restart the machine and then check that the Port is detected or not. If the port is not detected then then go to the device Manager section by right clicking the my computer and then in to the hardware and select the USB. A number of the ports will be listed which are present on the machine enable all the USB ports ans restart the PC's it will work.

sometimes, the USB ports show the malfunction problem as it get disabled in the device Manager. It seems that there is a problem in the USB port setting, to resolve it you have to follow the following steps;

• Go to My computer, right click on properties
• Go to Hardware
• Go to device Manager
• Select the USB and enable it.

It is not the problem of the Computer , but it is the problem of the iPod. To resolve these issue just hold down the menu and the center button for 15-20 seconds. After that reboot it, not to worry your files will be present after you restart and plug it in the computer. Then restart it, it will be detected in the
PC.

These problem is very often with me, but I don’t fix the instead of that I just reboot my system. After that I just reinstall the windows operating system. These is the most easy and quick solution for the problem. These will solve your problem, if the problem is not solved them just check the settings in the device Manager and make all the ports enabled.
