Toshiba Libretto U100 Recovery to Factory Stock

I am having a laptop which is Toshiba Libretto U100 and i don't know how the DVD keys from then computer stopped working. I need to restore it to the factory setting to work with the issue but unable to do so as i am not aware of the method to perform the same. So if any one is having the knowledge regarding the same then let me know. Thank you.

Before resetting the device let me tell you that this can be possible that the device of yours might not having the functionality due to the Virus attack which infected the system and not allowing the DVD keys to work. So first thing regarding this is to install the antivirus program and run the full system scan with the same.

If your device is under the warranty period then i will advise you to visit the Toshiba ans let them know about yours issue and they will fix the problem for free. To reset the device to the factory setting you have to follow the below given instruction.

• Switch off the laptop
• Now press and hold '0' key and Turn on computer
• If you here the beeping voice then release the '0' key
• When the machine Starts beeping; release the 0 key.
• If prompted for warning, click on yes
• Select Recovery of Factory Default Software
• Click on Next.
• Select Recover to out of box state
• Click on Next
• Click on Next to start recovery.
