Windows 7 freezing on Toshiba Equium A110-233

I'm having the Toshiba Equium A110-233 laptop and the laptop has the 64-bit operating system Windows Vista. This Toshiba Equium A110-233 randomly freezes and the keyboard as well as the mouse does not work that time. I have one more operating system Windows XP 32-bit on this laptop and the laptop works fine with that. I am not able to get the problem with this laptop.

Let us assume that the laptop works without any hardware problems on Windows XP operating system. I think there are many processes in the boot of the laptop in Windows 7. So remove the boot program is not necessary and this problem will be resolved.
