    Toshiba satellite U305-S5077 lost audio

Hello! Could someone help me solve these problems (not go out of my pc no sound and the touchpad does not work)? With regard to the sound, depending on the action, appear the following answers: there are no mixer devices available, there is no sound device and no problem with audio configuration. I have a Toshiba laptop with Windows XP. Thank you!

Stopped these devices from scratch or you recently formatted your laptop. I think your laptop is infected with a virus and hence you need to scan your system the viruses appears to have corrupted your drivers and hence you are not able to hear the sounds from your system. Hopefully this should fix the issue.

Dear, thanks for trying to help me. The problem of the touchpad is already happening for a long time, but I'm using the mouse to get around. But the sound problem started recently. I tried reinstalling the drive, but nothing changed (as I am subject to a complete denial of computer, I'm well lost). Is it a virus? Not easy I ask someone to format everything and see if it returns to normal?

Open the Device Manager and check the drivers by following the steps mentioned below:
    1. Click on Start menu, make a right click on desktop, then choose Properties from the menu that opens.
    2. A window appears, then click on Material Manager peripherals.
    3. Under Vista, click on the blue ball down left, right click on Computer, choose Properties then click on Manager peripherals on top left.
    4. Another window opens with a list.
    5. The yellow indicates that the drivers are not installed. Simply you need to reinstall the drivers once again.

Try to return the windows registry -> Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> system restore. Click system restore .. choose the option to restore the system earlier .. click next choose a date that is in bold .. pick a day about 15 days ago or so when the audio stopped and have to restore. if not resolve put the xp cd original do chkdsk. the problem should be fixed.
