How to Format Phone Memory of China E71

I bought a China E 71 mobile phone. There is some problem occurred in my phone memory. it is not able to connect internet. It seems virus problem. I does not know any procedure. So I does not want any trouble with my phone. if you have any solution/procedure/idea please provide me. I am waiting for your solution.

1. First of all switch off your mobile phone.
2. Press * key + Dialed Key + 3.
3. Now switch on your mobile phone.

Now Your phone memory has formatted.

I have a solution for this problem. If you will try it you find your solution. You have to do :

• Take out your memory card.
• switch off your phone.
• Now press this three button,{3,call button and *}.
• Press all this button together.
• switch on your phone.
• keep this three pressing till your phone switch on completely.
• There a new screen will come.
• Select your location and press OK.

If your phone has the problem then first install PC suite software for your mobile in your system. You can connect your phone using USB data cable and as well as Bluetooth. If you have not the data cable of your mobile then you can connect with bluetooth. After that you can format your phone memory. So do on this way.

If you have the problem with E71 mobile phone Type *#7370# from the standby screen while your phone is on.Whenever a lock code is required type 12345 unless you have previously changed it.Please enter the lock code properly because if you do it too many times the wrong way you can lock up your phone.
