MicroMax Q5 Yamaha MP3 Player missing

I have purchased MicroMaxQ5fb Phone. I don't see Yamaha MP3 Player on it. Also I have to select song each time to play and it is playing through Audio Player, there is no button to select multiple songs or to jump to previous or next song. Also there is no option to select contacts from MicroSD Card hence on has to again re-enter the contacts from MicroSD Storage. Can u pl. help

I have gone through the problem that you are facing and it seems to me that I can help you out of the same. So what you have to do here is that just try and see whether software of the problem is giving you all the problem or not. and if yes then you just need to update the mobile software and if updating the phones software doesn’t help you then I want you to visit the Microsoft customer care and there you need to just register the complaint regarding the issue I hope that they will co operate with you and also will allow you to resolve the problem
