iTunes says "Welcome to your new iPad" every single time I sync it

I am having one issue with the iPad which is behaves weird. Every time when i connect the iPad to the iPad it gives the welcome message as i have connected it for the first time. iTunes says "Welcome to your new iPad" every single time I sync it. I have tried to disconnect and reconnect the same but getting the same issue. Please help me with the same.

The first thing that i will advise you is to restore then device to its factory setting. Just take the backup of all your data and then perform the restore of the iPad which will set the device to it is factory setting and you will loose all the data and application installed on same. So go through the same and see whether this resolve your issue or not.

I have gone through the same and let me tell you after following the step that is provided by you worked for me. I was missing the registration process because of which every time getting the same issue. Now i have connected the device of mine with the iTunes and register the same and issue got resolved.
