How to reset i9 Phone from China

I have the i9 phone on Ebay. I am using this from 2 month. Now a problem happen on this. I can not side to unlock. It is Frozen because of the virus. I am facing many problems by this. If you have any solution for this problem by which I reset or hard reset this i9 phone ,please help me.

There is a solution for this. Please try *228. This function already in the phone but due to the fact that it is clone, it might not be functioning. If this case is happen then contact with the manufacturer of mobile in order to know how to do it. They will tell help you. If you want you can try the default user code.
default user code: 1122, 3344, 1234, 5678. So please try it.

You can solve this problem by restoring factory settings. You can do this thing by the following way.
1. Go to main menu.
2. Go to setting.
3. Go to restore factory setting.
4. Go to Pin.
Enter the pin code 1122.
Now your phone is reset to factory setting. Now you do the calibration of motion sensor and and pen calibration.

There are two ways to reset a CECT mobile phone:
1. Soft reset
2. Hard reset.
