Nokia E72 mobile phone skips letters while texting

I have purchased Nokia E72 mobile phone and the problem that I am facing is with the letters that is been processed or worked. I am not able to get the letters properly as it misses or skips letters as needed. I have no idea for the same please do help me out for the thing. I want to know how to get rid of the issue.
