Nokia 6700 slide help

I have purchased a Nokia 6700 Slide phone from some local shop few days back. The problem is that the phone's display into widescreen mode when the mobile phone is turned sideways. How can I solve this problem?

This is because the screen is starting few features. However if you want then you can try to factory reset your mobile. This will bring your mobile to default settings. For this you can use the code *#7780# and if you require the security code is 12345.

You are not alone my friend. I too had a problem once. I bought Nokia 6700 slide last week. I changed the camera iso setting to high. However the problem is that the phones camera becomes very dark in normal condition. Because of this I have very dark images. I consulted with the nearest service center about this problem but he said he has received a lot of such problems with Nokia 6700 slide mobiles but they don't have any solution to this.

Basically that is because of the inbuilt feature in Nokia 6700 Slide. The accelerometer feature allows you to change the screen orientation orientation by rotating the phone by 90 degrees. If you don't want this feature then you can go to Menu>Settings>Settings>Sensor Settings>Sensors>Off.
